Join us for this advanced training workshop designed to turn existing shop management system customers into power users who get the most out of their software and business. These user-group sessions are designed for customers who have been using their shop management systems for six months or more. The training workshop will teach you about the OnDemand5 Manager system as well as integration with aftermarket cataloging and Customer Retention Marketing (CRM).

This special Management system workshop will guide you through advanced functionality enabling you to unlock the full potential of your software investment.

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with instructors and other users during these sessions. Expect lively discussions on how to use your shop management system to energize your business, increase profits, and boost productivity.

You will be welcomed with a cocktail reception Thursday, July 24th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Workshop sessions run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday and Saturday, July 25 and July 26. The sessions will uncover strategies allowing you to compete successfully against dealerships; maximizing maintenance and repair opportunities.

The workshop will be led by John Dwulet, Sr. Product Manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions, and Tim McDonnell, National Training Manager. Mitchell 1 support personnel will also be on hand.

The conference registration fee of $200 is for the shops first attendee; each additional attendee is only $100. The registration fee covers seminars, continental breakfast and lunch each day.
