This special training workshop will guide you through advanced functionality enabling you to unlock the full potential of your Mitchell 1 software investment.

Join us for this advanced training workshop designed to turn existing shop management system customers into power users who get the most out of their software and business. These user-group sessions are designed for customers who have been using their shop management systems for six months or more. The training workshop will teach you about the OnDemand5 Manager system as well as integration with aftermarket cataloging and Customer Retention Marketing (CRM).


At the end of each workshop, we will hand out the AMI Course Completion form and those attendees who wish to pursue AMI credits can fill it out. Students completing this course will be rewarded 30 credits toward the Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation.

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with instructors and other users during these sessions. Expect lively discussions on how to use your shop management system to energize your business, increase profits, and boost productivity. You will be welcomed with a cocktail reception Thursday, October 1 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Workshop sessions run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday and Saturday October 2nd and 3rd.

The workshop will be led by John Dwulet, Sr. Product Manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions, and Tim McDonnell, National Training Manager. Mitchell 1 support personnel will also be on hand.

Participants must arrange their own transportation to Las Vegas, Nevada. The conference registration fee is $200 for each attendee and includes seminars, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day.
